DUGG Is Under New Management!

DUGG has had a fantastic 10 years in Sydney under the ownership and management of Tim and Scott.  Now DUGG is beginning a new and exciting chapter under new management and ownership by the experienced online retail team at Floor Five Pty Ltd in Brisbane, Queensland.

Who are the new owners?

Meet Yean & Michael!  They are the new Chief Underwear Executives of DUGG and they are just as passionate about fantastic customer service and brilliant products as Tim & Scott were.  With over a decade of retail experience and having operated other successful online stores in Australia, you are in safe hands with the guys at Floor Five Pty Ltd in charge.  Michael & Yean intend to make DUGG even bigger and better than ever.

How does this affect me?

Probably not at all.  We're aiming to make your shopping experience with DUGG even slicker and easier.  We want to ensure that if you order something from us at DUGG, we have it in stock and it is delivered to you speedily.  Over the coming months, we'll be bettering the internal  systems and processes to ensure the best possible level of customer service to you guys.  There will be changes, but they'll be for the better.

What about all the products out of stock?

We're restocking as quickly as possible!  Part of the problem of changing ownership is that the store has run out of a lot of stock while still in the Sydney warehouse.  We're sorry if your size or product is sold out but we're working as fast as we can with suppliers to get our Brisbane warehouse filled up with all of your favourites.  We thank you for your patience while we start this exciting new chapter of DUGG - Australia's #1 men's underwear store.
