How to apply a promotional code

From time to time, we may offer a promotional coupon or discount code.  Whilst we don't publish these codes on this page, we've provided instructions on how to use these codes and make sure they get applied to your order.

The best way to know about these promotional codes when they become available is to become a DUGG Club Member (free to join) and make sure you tick the box to Sign Up For Newsletter.

How to apply a DUGG promotional code:

Codes can only be applied at the CHECKOUT page at the last step of the checkout.  First, you will normally go through your cart, either log in or check out as a guest, fill in all of your shipping information etc.  Then, when you get to the PAYMENT METHOD section, you will see the heading "Apply Code"

Once on this part of the checkout process, click the Apply Code dropdown and you will be presented with a box to type your code into.  Make sure to type your code ACCURATELY and exactly as it is shown with no spaces before or after the code.

Click the Apply Discount button and then check your Order Summary box on the top right.  You should now see the discount amount or promotional offer has been applied to your order.

CONDITIONS OF PROMO CODE USE:

• Promotional codes must be applied at time of purchase and can't be retrospectively added to your purchase.  Basically, if you forget, we can't change it for you.
• Fair use terms and conditions apply.  If, in our sole opinion, a code is being used in an unfair way or being abused, we reserve the right to not honour the sale.
• Promo codes can be withdrawn at any time.
